About

n BTC = n Vote

Welcome to Koinvote! We are attempting to create a weighted voting platform using Bitcoin Signature technology.

This means that users who hold more Bitcoin will have higher voting power. For example, 2 BTC = 2 Votes, 0.05 BTC = 0.05 Votes.

Our vision is to provide a secure and effective platform to discover and deliver opinions from Bitcoin holders.

The ballots displayed on the platform can be divided into the following three types:
Balance
1.28592039
≈ $0
Valid
Bitcoin Address

Valid Ballot

The platform regularly verifies the balance of all addresses that have submitted signatures. If the balance is greater than zero, the ballot is considered valid.

Zero Balance Ballot(still valid)

If the platform detects that an address's balance has dropped to zero, the ballot color will turn gray until the balance of that address is once again above zero.

Invalid Ballot

If the platform detects that the same address has submitted signatures for multiple candidates, only the latest signature will be considered valid. All previous ballots will have their left side marked with the color of the latest ballot. In simple terms, if you see a ballot with two colors, it is an invalid ballot, and the balance of that vote will be removed from the candidate’s total count. Clicking the "Invalid" button allows you to view the most recent ballot submitted by that address.
